Suicide Research Symposium and American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
Dear Colleagues:
We are excited to release a Call for Proposals for the fourth annual Suicide Research Symposium (SRS), cohosted with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. The SRS will be free and take place virtually April 23-25, 2025.
We envision this being a place where you have the opportunity to:
· Present recent research findings
· Stay informed on recent developments in suicide research
· Advance inclusive and equitable practices in suicide research and prevention
· Network, connect, and find a community with other suicide researchers
Submissions will be accepted for individual oral/paper presentations, poster presentations, symposia/workshops, and data blitz/flash talks. We especially encourage submissions from early career researchers (undergraduate/graduate students, research assistants, postdoctoral fellows) and from those of historically excluded and minoritized populations.

Please note: The submission portal is currently being built and will be available soon. The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST.
