The Department of Psychology at Princeton University invites applications for a postdoctoral research associate position in the Human Diversity Lab, under the supervision of Dr. Kristina Olson. This position is for a postdoc with strong interests in data science, data management, and quantitative analysis. The primary projects involve multi-level, longitudinal analyses on gender diversity and well-being. About 50% of the postdoc’s time will involve data management & organization, data documentation, and analysis and about 50% will involve collaborative work on topics of mutual interest. This is an ideal position for someone who is interested in a future career in quantitative psychology, data science, and/or statistical consulting.

This is a one-year term position with the possibility of renewal contingent upon continued funding and satisfactory performance. This position is subject to the University’s background check policy. The work location for this position is in-person on campus at Princeton University. Start date is negotiable but ideally around July 1, 2026.
